Welcome to the web site for the
St. Mary's River Watershed Restoration Action Strategy.

It is our desire to include everyone in this program. Public input can be provided by emailing us at info[at]stmarysriver.org or mailed to the address below. A public meeting will be scheduled for open discussion, to answer questions, and to provide feedback on a timely basis. Community groups can request a briefing at one of their regular meetings.

A steering committee of diverse stakeholders has met occasionally to oversee the WRAS development process. County staff participate in the WRAS process and this planning document may become a part of the county's planning process and land use policy. We anticipate that the County Commissioners will want to adopt, at least, the Action Strategy. Therefore, we provide below their contact information in case you desire to communicate directly with them.
