Rain Barrels

We no longer have rain barrels for sale. Watch for a workshop or look for one at Lowes or WalMart.

 

Rain Barrels:

• Store rain water for use on house and garden plants
• Slow runoff into the environment
• Conserves potable water sources
• Awards points towards your BayWise Certification

Rain barrels should be placed on a raised platform so that a watering can or bucket can be placed below the drain. Barrels can be painted. NOTE: Soaker hoses will not work with a rain barrel due to the lack of water pressure. More information.
